Marina Residences responds to a narrow waterfront plot with a slim, north-facing slab that minimises solar gain while opening every unit to the lagoon.
Our team led structural design of the podium transfer system and supervised the post-tensioned floor plates that allowed a column-free amenity floor.
All 64 units sold during construction; the building was handed over six weeks ahead of schedule.
